FTP sites can not be opened in Chrome

Symptoms

FTP sites such as ftp://host.domain.tld can not be opened in Chrome.

Description

Chrome has removed support for the FTP protocol in version 88.

Workaround

You will need to use an FTP client or a web browser that supports the FTP protocol.
