However, if you find that the certificate has already been submitted to Sectigo and is still pending, you can use the following procedure to check the pending queue.

Please note this only applies to cPanel versions under 120 that are using the default cPanel AutoSSL provider through Sectigo and does not apply to servers making orders using the Let's Encrypt provider.

Procedure

Issue the following command:

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check_cpstore_queue

If there are pending certificates you will see those. If there are none, there will be no output.

If you must, you may also try the force option to force a new check:

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check_cpstore_queue --force
