Can I prevent users from having too many files and folders in their account?

Answer

Inode limits are not a native functionality in cPanel & WHM.

You can, however, apply an inode limit directly in LVE Manager on systems that have CloudLinux OS™ installed.

There are likely other ways to take advantage of other limiting systems but cPanel does not integrate with them unless it is a plugin.
