Procedure

To export

1. Login to cPanel with the cPanel username and password.
2. Click on the PHPMyAdmin icon
3. Click on the database that you would like to operate on in the righthand sidebar
4. Along the top menu bar, click on the Export button

To import

1. Login to cPanel with the cPanel username and password.
2. Ensure the database exists
