Does the Two-factor authentication function work with the API services cPanel and WHM offer?

Answer

Yes, 2FA (Two-factor Authentication) works with the API, but it's not enabled by default.

To enable it:

1. Log in to WHM as root
2. Navigate to Home / Security Center / Configure Security Policies
3. Under the Security Policy Extensions section, check the box to the left of API requests
4. Click the Save button
