Description
If cPHulk is set to send a notification on root logins, even from local you will receive this message.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-35040. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Workaround
Make sure the local IP addresses are whitelisted.
