After consideration we have decided this is not something we want to offer. Along with potential security risks from doing this, it introduces additional complexity to the integration which increases potential for defects and impedes the ability to offer newer versions of the application. Our recommendation if you need this is to perform your own installation outside of cPanel & WHM.
