The cPanel-CSF package cannot unlink webmin, csfwebmin.tgz, or uninstall.sh

Symptoms

When installing the cPanel CSF package, cpanel-csf, the installer is unable to run the unlink command, producing noise during the installation.

Description

The cPanel provided cpanel-csf package tries to unlink files that do not exist.

# unlink: cannot unlink '/etc/csf/uninstall.sh': No such file or directory
unlink: cannot unlink '/etc/csf/webmin': No such file or directory
unlink: cannot unlink '/etc/csf/csfwebmin.tgz': No such file or directory

Workaround

While the unlink command does produce an output, there is no issue other than the warning.
