Can Disk Space and Bandwidth on cPanel account be set to soft limit?

Answer

No.  Both Disk Space and Bandwidth is a type of hard-limit.  They cannot be configured to function as soft limit within the cPanel Software. 

Once the limit has been reached, they would needed to be increased manually, or until the limit has been reset (For Bandwidth).
