The interface in cPanel or WHM may be blank when viewed using a specific locale or may display an error similar to the following.
A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive.

Description
This issue occurs when one or more localization files are missing or corrupt.
Workaround
Running the following command will rebuild the localization files. Please be sure to replace $locale with the appropriate two-letter code.
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/_build_translated_js_files $locale
