AutoSSL error due to bad Let's Encrypt registration

Symptoms

When trying to renew an SSL through AutoSSL while using Let's Encrypt, the process fails, and you receive one of the following errors:

Cpanel::Exception/(XID 8mmft5) No key ID has been set. Either pass “key_id” to new(), or create_account()

malformed JSON string, neither tag, array, object, number, string or atom, at character offset 0 (before "(end of string)") at /var/cpanel/perl/Cpanel/SSL/Auto/Provider/LetsEncrypt/Registration.pm line 149.

Description 

This will occur if the registration with Let's Encrypt has expired. Recreating the registration will resolve this error.

Workaround

1. Navigate to "WHM / Manage AutoSSL."
2. Select "Providers" and "Let's Encrypt."
3. Select both options to Agree to the Terms of Service as well as "Recreate my current registration."
4. Click "Save" to commit the changes.
