Introduction
Either by accidental deletion or filesystem error, /opt/cpanel no longer exists on the server.
Procedure
/opt/cpanel, and the files and directories under it, can be regenerated by running the following commands.
yum reinstall ea-*
/scripts/check_cpanel_pkgs --fix
