The server is having trouble keeping up with your statistics processing schedule

Symptoms

Home / Server Configuration / Statistics Software Configuration in WHM displays the following error:

CONFIG_TEXT: The server is having trouble keeping up with your statistics processing schedule. You should increase the time between statistic generation, or upgrade the server. If you have recently decreased the time between statistic generation, you may wish to wait that amount of time to see if the server will catch up before changing back.

 

Cause

A high server load can cause the stats processing to hang or be delayed during processing, or the time that the statistics processing is allowed to run is not long enough.

Increase the time that statistics are allowed to run
  1. Log in to WHM as root
  2. Navigate to Home / Server Configuration / Statistics Software Configuration
  3. Click Configure Statistic Process Time

  4. In the new interface that appears, check the hours in which your server will NOT perform log analysis.

    Note: Only process statistics at off-peak hours, when your server processes fewer requests.

  5. Click Save
