Outlook 2016 and Windows 10

Hello @MessiahX, I've not seen reports of this happening on the Windows 10/Outlook 2016 combination. Are you sure those systems have the latest updates applied? If so, what do you see in /var/log/exim_mainlog when using the default ciphers included with cPanel version 68? Thank you. 0 -
While the update you linked might help with the issue on older operating systems, it doesn't seem to be the solution for Windows 10. 0 -

The thread is old but I just want to mention that one potential fix that you mentioned is adjusting the encryption in the Exim configuration. That could be worth trying if you haven't already. As for leaving all types of encryption available, that could be a good solution to prevent issues for customers. It's definitely something worth considering. 0
