Hello, 0711 permissions are not standard for the "/" directory.You can update the permissions of that directory to 0755 to solve the issue. Thank you.0 -

I'm getting the same error on directory /home/$user/bkp. Which root permission are we talking about, server root "/" or user root "/home/$user"? Stat returned the following permissions: 0555 / 0755 /etc 0755 /var 0 -
@vatra - /home/username/bkp isn't a cPanel-created directory, so we'd need more details on what exactly you're trying to do. It's also likely best to create a new thread as we could miss replies to these that are several years old. 0
