Hi @ev88 There is already a default account created when the account is created it is accountsusername@domain.tld. You can set up unrouted mail to be delivered to any account by going to cPanel>>Email>>Default Address. From here you can select send to system account or forward to email address Our documentation on this can be found here: Default Address - Version 68 Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you,

Thank you. See the attached files for what I was referring to. One account has a Default Account under it, however the other does not. Is there a setting that needs to be selected when setting up the account via WHM?

Hi @ev88 The one on the left is the configuration I was referring to. For the one on the right can you take another screenshot which includes the entire page? You can block out your domain name on the image. Thank you,

What hosting package on the server is each account assigned to? The same one or different? What feature lists are each of the accounts using? Do both accounts use a package that uses a feature list that has the Default Address feature enabled? (Why "feature lists" are done by package instead of by account is beyond me)

Here's a screenshot of the full page (attached). These are on two different servers. The one without the default email is a newer one. I'm not sure of the feature lists on the new account. Would this be available in WHM?

So after doing a little bit of research on WHM Packages, I checked what the older package had and mimicked it on the new server, and I now have a default email account on the above cPanel. Thanks for the info.
