Hello @Peoplespaces, You can configure the email forwarder for "root" with the Edit System Mail Preferences option in Web Host Manager. Here's the link to our documentation on this feature: Edit System Mail Preferences - Version 70 Documentation - cPanel Documentation Let us know if you have any trouble setting it up. Thank you.

Yes, that is set up and I do receive mail sent to root@server***.****.com. It's mail sent to root@localhost that bounces.

Hello, Can you provide some more information about where the emails sent to the "root@localhost" address are coming from? Is this through a third-party application, or are you referring to notifications offered as part of cPanel & WHM? Is the root contact address setup correctly in "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Basic WebHost Manager" Setup"? Thank you.

servers@****.com It's a valid email address which I receive all of the LFD notices at. It's just this LVE notice that's the issue.

If you send yourself a test message, do you receive it? From the same server, on the command line run: echo test | mail -s test root

This is what I see what I check the mail in the queue manager. 'This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: root@localhost Unrouteable address'

Have you contacted CloudLinux about this? These message should be going to root but for some reason they are going to root@localhost for you. I don't know where that is configured. What is the contents of the /etc/libreport/events.d/mailx_event.conf file? cat /etc/libreport/events.d/mailx_event.conf What are the Mailx_EmailTo values set to?

Hello, Can you also let us know the contents of the /etc/hosts file (ensuring to replace actual domain names and IP addresses with examples)? Thank you.
