Hello @inteldigital, Can you access the DNSOnly server using SSH? If so, run the following command to verify that cpsrvd is running on port 2087: netstat -lnp | grep :2087
The output should look like this: # netstat -lnp | grep :2087 tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:2087 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 17948/cpsrvd (SSL)
If it's running on port 2087, try following the steps documented below to ensure the firewall rules on your system are not blocking the connection: How to Configure Your Firewall for cPanel Services - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

Hi @cPanelMichael Thanks for your response. This turned out to be a DNS issue of some sort, affected by the domain used for the hostname not having an A record yet. It solved itself after I added the A record on the DNS. Thanks.

@romain2404 - there likely isn't much we can do on our end for that. You would need to contact your hosting provider if the interface isn't working. If you have full root access to the server, you're welcome to submit a ticket to our team.
