Gmail not able to send email to cPanel forwarders

    Are you sure the MX records for domain.com are set correctly? Have you verified them at something like mxtoolbox.com?

    Yes I checked it out on mxtoolbox and both tests appear ok. I've set this domain up the same as all others in the past and this is the only one exhibiting these issues. However when I check it on intodns.com I get the following results with a blue exclamation mark: Your MX records that were reported by your nameservers are: 0 domain.com 18.268.300.428 [These are all the MX records that I found. If there are some non common MX records at your nameservers you should see them below. ]

    Well, the error message being reported by Google in the message you gave seems to indicate that Google can't find any MX records for the domain name. Perhaps this was a temporary issue or perhaps it's something else.

    What's odd is that I can send email to these forwarders from my gmail account and the emails do get forwared properly. Apparently this only happens with some gmail accounts. :confused:

    Is this not what the MX records should be? Gmail's error is pretty clear and if they're unable to do a DNS lookup for the domain's mx records for some reason that would be something that is addressable with Gmail, pending your MX records for both domains are correct (domain.com and example.com) The issue may also indicate that your nameservers are not responding to the google resolvers.
