Hi @albertjee Where did the user add the folders, through his mail client or webmail? If added through his webmail client it's possible they're not being synchronized. From what you're letting me know they aren't present for the user at all, all mail files will be stored in /home/$user/mail/ 0 -
- Removed please attach screenshots - as picture they create it on webmail ,how to synchronized 0 -
Hi @albertjee They shouldn't need to synchronize anything if created through webmail. Can you add the pictures you added initially just attach them to the response this time. Thanks! 0 -

where is saved emails type: usercPanel@my_host_name ???0 -
@000 - all emails sent from a user's cPanel account would be stored in the path specified. If the messages were automated notifications, they wouldn't be stored anywhere on the system. 0 -

It looks like you have another thread open with this question, but I believe it's best to create a ticket for this specific issue so we can check the machine on our end. 0 -

How can the default structure be changed so that it will be: /home/$user/mail/domain.tld/emailuser/MailDir/0 -
@sjouljian - there isn't a way to do that. Can you let me know what issue you're having with the email? 0 -
I was trying to migrate mails from old server which had the above mentioned folder structure. But never mind I moved the mailbox folders outside of Maildir folder and it worked 0
