Webmail link in cPanel is not showing
The Access Webmail link is not showing for any email accounts in Cpanel.
Also when going to
anydomain/webmail
and logging in with an email address as the username, after logging
in, instead of showing the usual webmail page Cpanel only shows a
Mail Client Automatic Configuration Scripts
page at the url which ends with
2096/cpsess6141482632/webmail/paper_lantern/index.html
and none of the links in the top right of that page link to webmail.
Our server is running Centos 7.5 and Cpanel v70.0.48.
The usual webmail dns zones are in each hosting account
and the default settings in WHM under Tweak Settings
are enabled for the 3 webmail programs.
Thanks

Hi @falcon99 Can you show me a screenshot of what you're seeing? Also can you let me know if the package associated with the account has the webmail option allowed in the feature list? If you have root access via SSH you can identify this by doing the following: To find the featurelist it's using: grep FEATURELIST /var/cpanel/users/$user
Then check the featurelist for webmail:# grep webmail /var/cpanel/features/$featurelistname
If the output iswebmail=0
The account does not have the webmail feature enabled and will need it enabled in order to see "Access Webmail" Thanks!0 -
I think I understand the issue, as I recall posting the same question once. In the old cpanel ui (i can't remember what it was called) was a link to webmail. In Paper Lantern, this no longer exists. You have to navigate to 'Email Accounts', locate the email account you want access to, and choose the 'Access Webmail' link from there. 0
