Can't login to e-mail or cPanel
hi, i have been using cpanel for a few years now and everything was going fine and i was able to login and check e-mails and all is ok
But about 2 weeks ago i go to login to my e-mails (server.domain.tld:2096) and can't it keeps saying invalid login - even though i am sure i used the correct login details and this also happens on my cpanel account
i have come to the conclusion it maybe to do with missing a payment is this correct? is missing a payment enough to disable my e-mail system, i think i remember seeing a few e-mails from them about this but had been to busy to deal with this at the time and now i can't access my e-mails to see them and pay the bill, my website (which i don't use much and am in process of making a new one) is also offline at the moment
please if anyone can help i would be greatful

Charles, Yes, suspending your account would not allow you the ability to log into cPanel, any reason you wouldn't contact your web host about this? 0 -

What's your domain, can most likely find it via a whois 0 -
Hello @charles meekins, Your web hosting provider would need to assist you with this issue. We provide a document to help you identify your hosting provider at: How to Identify Your Hosting Provider - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation If you are unable to reach your current provider, you may need to consider switching to a new hosting provider. Thank you. 0 -
As Jcats says. Google 'whois'. Input your domain name and there should be enough information to tell you who your web host is. from this info, make a phone call or find a contact email. 0
