    Charles, Yes, suspending your account would not allow you the ability to log into cPanel, any reason you wouldn't contact your web host about this?

    well i would but i don't know any way to contact them - i do not have an e-mail address or phone no and when i go to contact tab on their website i get told i need to include my 4 number pin which i do not know (or even if i ever got one)

    What's your domain, can most likely find it via a whois

We provide a document to help you identify your hosting provider at: How to Identify Your Hosting Provider - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation If you are unable to reach your current provider, you may need to consider switching to a new hosting provider.     As Jcats says. Google 'whois'. Input your domain name and there should be enough information to tell you who your web host is. from this info, make a phone call or find a contact email.
