Global Filter Wildcards
Hello,
I am trying to combat spam and have traditionally used global filters by setting up Any Header that contains the domain from the sender. However, I want to try something different for some domains that I know I will never want to receive emails from, such as .hu or .ru. Therefore, I want to setup a global filter to either use [QUOTE]Any Header Contains @[wildcard].ru
or [QUOTE]From Ends With @[wildcard].ru
. However, I cannot figure out what character is designated as a wildcard. I have tried * and % and neither seems to work. Does anyone know what would be a wildcard? Thanks, Kratos

His access level says "website owner", so he may not have access to exim config. Kratos You could try a regex instead, i found this on google, which seems to mirror what your'e trying to achieve. @[:ascii:]+\.tld forum.firetrust.com/viewtopic.php?t=15549 Block entire TLD using RegEx The lower few replies seem to have the answer. 0 -
Hi @keat63 The threads were just to give an idea of how to block entire tld's not to use the exim system filter - I should have clarified, thank you! 0
