This is the exact filter i configured and tested and it only forwarded to: (Not CCed mails). I used email filter: Any Header : Contains, and it works good so far. Is there any interaction where this could fail?

I'm no expert, but I would guess that redirect does exactly this......... it redirects. So the email would never reach it's intended destination. Hence the reason you don't get a copy going to service@. Then, would multiple redirects actually work ?? Logic would say that if it's been redirected to box1, it would either go to box1, or the rule would say "oh wait, scratch that, lets send it to box2, no wait, box3" etc. Instead try a forward rule. You can forward to multiple addresses using a comma between the recipients.

Forward would not work for me. I'm trying to use Service@ as a group email for 5 people. So far Any Header > Contains >service@... hasnt failed for a few hours. I hope someone with more knowledge explains better. Thanks

If your config works, then problem solved. However, I'm not sure why a forward rule wouldn't work. Bear in mind that a forwarder is different to a filter which is what you are using at the moment. In my example image, anything being recieved by service@xxx.com, should also be received to box1@xxx.com, box2@xxx.com and box3@xxx.com Effectively duplicating this across 4 mail boxes

Hi @Sickjoce I believe a mailing list would be better suited for what you want. When mail is sent to service@ it is sent to all addresses as a part of the list, it's not forwarded. Our documentation on mailing lists can be found here: Mailing Lists - Version 74 Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thanks!
