Configure Background Process Killer from Command line

Hello, I wanted t know if there is a way to configure and enable and configure Background Process Killer from command line. The following documentation does not provide any info about where is the config file being stored and how to edit that using command line. Thanks.

  I've used: cat >/var/cpanel/killproc.conf <

  While not listed in the documentation @sparek-3 is correct as long as the Background Process Killer is enabled in the UI you should have the killproc.conf file present. The processes that can be killed by this are listed in the documentation though Background Process Killer - Version 74 Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thanks!
