    Unfortunately, your post doesn't really give us many clues to work with. Has it ever worked ?? maybe take a look in var/log/exim_mainlog, see if there are any tell tale signs. Also try restarting mail server (exim) through WHM control panel. mxtoolbox.com has a number of tools that may help figure out what's going on. Maybe in the short term, I'd ask also your data centre for help.

    Hi :) yes It worked before . If you need any information, let me know I checked on mxtoolbox and my IP is on a blacklist :/ "We notice you are on a blacklist. " can i remove my ip from blacklist ?

    I'm not sure being on a blacklist would stop you receiving. As for sending, some sent emails may receive a bounce back, but not all of them. When trying to send an email, what error message do you get back from your email software.

    no I don't get error message but when I wanna send from gmail to my server I give an error mail from gmail: 421 Unexpected failure, please try later
