Hi, There might be some lock on the backend file that may be causing it to fail. Can you provide us with the logs of the cPanel access/error logs when you remove this folder what is logged in it?

No errors to be honest. When we delete the forwarder it verifies the deletion - (Mail for "site_blackhole@norwood.on.ca" will no longer be forwarded to ""/dev/null"".). Then after that, it will still show up on the forwarders.

Hi @whipworks I apologize this would be accessible if you have SSH access, my assumption is that you do since your profile indicates you're a root level admin. Thanks!
