    If you have CSF installed, try disabling it temporarily. WHM >> Plugins >> CSF Security & Firewall >> Firewall Disable

    I don't have CSF installed, all the solutions I find are around it... But thanks. Any other idea?

    It appears that ASSP ( third party software ) was messing this up. Stopped assp, ran reset of Exim configurations and looks to be working fine. Next stop, making sure that ASSP is not badly needed, if so, working that out.

    Hi @Jose_Marques Thank you for the update, the 3rd part software ASSP is known to cause some issue with the functionality of cPanel's implementation of exim. I'm glad you got the issue sorted out and thanks for letting us know the cause of it!
