Users can not receive mail
Hello everyone, my name William from Ghana. I have a challenge in cPanel I will like you to help me. Users in my domain able to receive mails from everyone but there is a particular global email address that sends mails to all users in my domain but none is able to receive that mail or any mail from the global address.
Please I help with this.

Hi @William Nkum Your profile indicates you're a website owner, in order to look into this further I would suggest contacting your provider, they'll be able to access the mail logs to identify the specific error so that the issue can be resolved. Thanks! 0 -
Also consider asking the global sender if they recieve any bounce or rejection messages 0
