    Do you have control over the sending email, can you initaite sending a test email to your server. If so, then try disabling CSF temporarily while you send yourself a test email. This will prove if the issue is indeed with CSF, and give you somewhere to start looking and digging. Also do you have any RBL's configured in exim, if the domain trying to send to you is blacklisted, then I guess it could be an RBL in exim blocking the message. Try performing a blacklist check for the sending domain on MXToolBox

    i can send email to that server, and test email is success no error, RBL's configured in exim - that email server ip add to the white list but same... still ddnt receive any email form that server -_- :( thank you .

    Checking the IP address for the domain name you posted, now removed, at Spamhaus tells why it's blacklisted and has some basic instructions on what to do about it: Blocklist Removal Center - The Spamhaus Project
