    @billing@techdomainhosting - that's the standard configuration for AutoSSL. As long as those domains exist and you have the "Service Subdomains" options enabled in WHM >> Tweak Settings, I would expect those to be included with each AutoSSL that is created by default.

    But how do i stop autossl from applying to main domain (main-domain.com) have Sectigo SSL and have it apply to Service Subdomains

    Hello! You should be able to do that via SSL/TLS Status in cPanel. From this interface, you can unselect the main domain while keeping the service subdomains.
