Hello Kareem, Are you having issue with sending or receiving emails? If you have root access to the server, log into the server via SSH and check mail logs. You can use below command (via SSH) to check mail logs related to a particular domain or email address. # exigrep FROM/TO_EMAIL_ADDRESS /var/log/exim_mainlog
** (Replace "FROM/TO_EMAIL_ADDRESS" with email address or domain) The following tutorial will be helpful in understanding mail logs :0 -
Is this a new server ? If so, have you had the RDNS settings configured by your data centre (the people who own the server farm) 0 -

Hi Kareem, I reviewed the mail log you attached and it seems you are referring to incoming emails to your server being marked as spam. From subjects of mails and spam score, it appears the incoming mails that were marked as spam are indeed spam emails. You only need to worry if genuine emails are marked as spam by SpamAssassin. If it happens with any legit emails, you can simply whitelist the domain or email address in cPanel to ensure that it won't be marked as spam again. Please see : Spam Filters - Version 70 Documentation - cPanel Documentation Let me know if you need any further assistance. 0 -
Hello @Kareem Hussien, The previous post is useful for incoming emails your cPanel server marks as SPAM. For outgoing email to remote mail servers, you may find the following documents helpful: Thank you. 0 -

You may find this post useful too: goes over some details on how to check external providers are able to recive your emails and ensure they get to the inbox and not marked as spam or even worse go down a black whole! 0 -
Hi @Kareem Hussien, Take a look at the following resource on MXToolBox false positives to make sure the errors in the image you provided are not related to it: Thank you. 0
