Hello Seyed, If email username and password are correct, it is possible that login failure is caused by either cPHulk block or email account login suspension. You should be able to manage email account suspension from cPanel (cPanel >> Home >> Email >> Email Accounts > Manage Suspension). Also check cPHulk if you have WHM access. Please refer following docs : cPHulk Brute Force Protection - Version 74 Documentation - cPanel Documentation Email Accounts - Version 74 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

This looks like a Roundcube instance installed on cPanel, not the actual cPanel Webmail login. Can you log in to Webmail at example.com/webmail?

The login in your screenshot is not the cPanel Webmail login though. Did you install Roundcube via Softaculous or something?

If you can login to Webmail that way, what way are you trying to that doesn't let you login then? You shouldn't be seeing a Roundcube login screen when logging into Webmail. Assuming you have root access to this server, you might try forcing a cPanel update to see if that helps.

I'm taking a guess here, that when you log in to web mail, this automatically redirects you to roundcube. ? And that Roundcube is the default option for the email gui ?? If so, in WHM take a look at Tweak Settings >> Mail and enable Horde, and maybe disable Roundcube. See if you have the same issue.
