Yes, this is happening to me too, where Global Email Filters are being used.
Selecting "Any Recipient" does not seem to be working for the BCC address, just CC and To !
Please look into this and fix it !

Richard-N - I was able to send a message with a BCC just now with no issues, so unless I'm misunderstanding your situation I am not able to reproduce.

Dave Stewart - are you saying that the filtering is not applying to the BCC address at all?

    Hi cPRex,
    Thanks for your reply.
    Yes, that's right.
Setting up a Global Email Filter using "Any Recipient" option only seems to look at To & CC, but not BCC.  So if I receive an email to me email address which is only in the BCC, then filtering does not happen.
    Maybe the GUI only defines '$h_To' & '$h_CC', but NOT '$h_BCC' ?
I imagine this could be added manually in the relevant EXIM config text file, but sadly Shared Webhosting Services users don't seem to have access to this file.

Thanks for the additional details.  I did confirm that the BCC field doesn't seem to apply filters whereas the CC field does.  I've created case CPANEL-49020 for our team to take a look at this and I've linked this thread to the case as well, so if I hear any updates on my end I'll be sure to post!
