Internal Server Error 500

hello i have error [cpsrvd] Internal Server Error 500 The cPanel Server open and i cant login to cpanel and all site have error Internal Server Error i check /scripts/restartsrv_tailwatchd --status The "tailwatchd" service is down. any help?

  Did u have some informations about ur os? What did u changed last? Whats the output of the tailwatch log? Any in logfile?

  check the logs at /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log for the website related error logs and for cpanel error logs check the logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

  Hello @joncorenna, Do you have root access to this system? If so, you can find the full error message in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log. Otherwise, without root access to the system you should report this issue to your web hosting provider's support team. Thank you.

  In my case, going to "https:///cpanel" instead of "http:///cpanel", magically worked.

  @ketkaravinash - accessing the server with or without the "s" in the URL will direct you to a different port, which can change the behavior of the system :D
