    Hard to say without being able to see the output at boot time. Generally I would say its doing an fsck but it should not do that EVERY time. Do you have access to the KVM?

    ...and i enabled block lists within CSF.

    You might try disabling these again, then copy and backup your blocked IPs list (if it matters) and clear it as well, save, and see if that changes anything.

    This is what i am getting on the KVM screen prntscr.com/m9etqm The server has now been down for nearly a hour and a half now :(

    Ok, to get my server back up and running is it possible to reboot it and disable to IP check and re-enable it once it has loaded?

    that is not really helpful But just guessing are you saying that it takes an hour & a half to load your IP tables If so you may have have to many rules. do you have Faststart enabled in csf? Do you have ipset installed you can bypass csf by disabling before a reboot csf -x after reboot you can run csf -e

    As @dalem is suggesting the configuration of CSF should be modified to enable faststart, but it shouldn't take hours to load unless you have a ton of stuff (including countries) blocked.
