To whom it may be useful, to add it in cPanel, go to: "WHM > Service Configuration > Exim Configuration Manager > Basic Editor > RBLs > Manage"
    • RBL Name: AbuseAT
    • DNS list: cbl.abuseat.org

I had to disable this about two weeks ago as hotmail was blacklisted and AbuseAt was picking this up. I've not gotten around to re-enabling it yet.

It's strange, I have customers using @hotmail.com and @hotmail.it, I have just checked the mail delivery report and I received all their messages (the last one just yesterday morning). I can see some incoming messages from fake @hotmail.com mailbox that were rejected by Barracuda, but they are definitely spam, email address I don't even know like somecrap@hotmail.com :-p

This happens occasionally. I might have to disable an RBL for similar reasons every now and then. I dare say when it comes to Google/MSoft/Hotmail etc that these RBL listings are short lived. I'm usually pretty quick to disable them and then take weeks getting around to switching them back on again.
