    Hi @LukeMJH It sounds like a permissions issue with that account, do you get the same result when attempting to suspend the account using the following directly from the server: WHM API 1 Functions - suspendacct - Developer Documentation - cPanel Documentation whmapi1 suspendacct user=$USER reason=$somereason

    My problem was that during the process of deleting the account, I touched another option in the Cpanel menu (thinking that the process was going to continue in the background) but in the end I deleted it in the middle. Now it appears as suspended, if I want to delete it it gives this error: API failure: (XID yvamem) You do not have a user named ... I think it's a Cpanel bug. How is it fixed?

    is thre an option to activate it from suspension and try to delete again? in whm list accounts

    If you have the option to unsuspend it, that would certainly be easier. If not, you may need to either manually delete the account by ensuring all files are removed, or open a ticket with our support team to have us take a look.
