Office 365 flagging everything as junk

    I had an issue recently where my IP was blacklisted on No other servers only MS, and no idea why, as it's a small corporate server with only about 15 users, and a zero spam policy. I logged a ticket with MS.

    Unfortunately, in cases like this, it's really up to the discretion of the provider in cases like this. Microsoft uses it's own systems to flag mail/IP's as potential spam and as long as you're ensuring that you're taking the normal, necessary precautions: Valid:
    • SPF
    • DKIM
    • rDNS
    • No Blacklists/Good IP reputation
    You'd need to contact them for information
