Office 365 flagging everything as junk
We have noticed that user on all of our servers in various locations and datacentres who send mail to an office 365 account in the past week have started seeing that they are either not delivering with no bounce message or are getting delivered to Junk
we have checked over 30 RBL lists and none of our IP's are listed and its never been a problem previously.
even clients with Office 365 who whitelist a particular domain or IP of ours are having the same issue still
has anyone else seen this issue in recent weeks or know of a solution ?
Our PTR's DKIM and DMARC are all correct on each server and all site on the servers send thru the shared IP as the server hostname

Unfortunately, in cases like this, it's really up to the discretion of the provider in cases like this. Microsoft uses it's own systems to flag mail/IP's as potential spam and as long as you're ensuring that you're taking the normal, necessary precautions: Valid: - SPF
- DKIM
- rDNS
- No Blacklists/Good IP reputation
