File manager in WHM?
The login page says WHP on top (not cP) and after logging in, the interface does not resemble anything that looks like cPanel.
The things I need most is the File Manager and the Back (files and database). None of these is there. Is there any way to get them?

WHM does not include a file manager, but you can add one with this: ConfigServer Explorer (cse) I'm not clear what backup options you are looking for, there is a section in WHM for configuring and restoring backups... 0 -
Thanks cPanelMichael. This is what I was looking for. I first had access only to WHM which is totally useless to me. Now, loggin in cPanel I'm in territory I know! Thank you. 0 -
You're very welcome! I've marked this thread as solved. Thank you. 0 -
How can I access the folder /Backups via FTP or SFTP 0 -
Use the root login use SFTP and you can access the entire server using SFTP 0 -
@360webfirm - It's best to start a new thread when there is a different topic for maximum visibility. Accessing those files would be limited to the root user on the system, so sFTP would be the easiest way to do that if you did not want to use an SSH terminal tool. 0 -

cPanelMichael hello
Hello , You have to access cPanel separately from Web Host Manager after creating your first cPanel account. We document how to do this at:
I can't see the answer to this.

Mustafa VURMAZ - the link went to old documentation that no longer exists, but here's the new page:
