File manager in WHM?

    WHM does not include a file manager, but you can add one with this: ConfigServer Explorer (cse) I'm not clear what backup options you are looking for, there is a section in WHM for configuring and restoring backups...

    Thanks cPanelMichael. This is what I was looking for. I first had access only to WHM which is totally useless to me. Now, loggin in cPanel I'm in territory I know! Thank you.

    Use the root login use SFTP and you can access the entire server using SFTP

    @360webfirm - It's best to start a new thread when there is a different topic for maximum visibility. Accessing those files would be limited to the root user on the system, so sFTP would be the easiest way to do that if you did not want to use an SSH terminal tool.
