Emails recovery

recently added an email account created in cpanel to gmail, then I deleted the gmail account but my emails in the cpanel were deleted no longer appear in outlook or gmail Someone knows how to do a restore in time to recover the emails or a recovery ???????

  Do you have proper backups of the account?

  I restored some emails from a backup recently. You may have to restore them as the account user and not root user, for the correct permissions, and the ones I restored all had a time stamp of the day I restored them, rather than thier original sent or received dates. From a backup the location was: Homedir\mail\domain-name.com\username
