Unable to Copy Some Accounts with User Password

Hi Guys, I am using Copy An Account From Another Server with an Account Password options to copy from reseller account. I copied many accounts, but some accounts shows me error! The error messages are below: (username and IP has been changed due to privacy & security) ------------------ Trying to fetch cpmove file via cPanel API! Fetching current backups from remote server "cPanel Login Failed: 403 Forbidden Access denied Failed to fetch cpmove file via cPanel API. Failed: Error while executing "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/getremotecpmove". The "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/getremotecpmove 1.1.1.1 username" command (process 1804377) reported error number 1 when it ended.: -------------------- This is showing cPanel Login Failed: 403 Forbidden Access denied but I can login using same password on reseller servers user account. Also I can copy other accounts from same server but some account shows me the error. Thanks

I assume you do not have root to the remote system? Any chance the accounts that are erroring are suspended?

Hello GOT, Thank you for your reply. I have root access as well. I copied some accounts too. But I don't know why some accounts refusing! Those accounts are not suspended. I didn't copied suspended account. Thanks

If you have root it's always better to try copying it as root instead.

@Zardiw - this thread is two years old - were you experiencing a specific issue?

And if you use the root login....isn't it going to try to tranfer ALL accounts?

Not necessarily - you'll have the option to choose which accounts you want to move.
