Email sent to outlook going directly to junk folder
Hi Everyone,
I've never posted here before, so my apologies if I'm asking this in the wrong place or if there's already a solution.
About a month ago I changed VPS hosting providers and everything seems to be working great, except I've noticed that emails I'm sending from my accounts on the cPanel server to my Outlook.com account go straignt to the junk email folder.
Other than that all the other third-pary mail accounts I have are receiving my emails fine, so I was just wondering if I have a misconfiguration somewhere or a setting I can check or if this is just how Outlook.com is. I host sites for a few other people on the server so I just wanted to check if anyone else has experienced this in case I need to fix something for them. I know I can add the emails and domains to the safe sender list, but that seems kind of inconveinent to tell people who are paying me to host their pages.
In WHM and cPanel under Email Deliverability it says my DKIM, SPF, and Reverse DNS (PTR) records are all valid.
Thanks for any help, I'm not a big email guru and wasn't experiencing this at my old provider that I'm aware of, but I'm also new to Outlook.com.

Hello @snl007 This could also be an IP reputation issue if DKIM, SPF and rDNS all check out. You might want to check the IP or domain you're using in something like the following: Sender Score | Return Path Cisco Talos Intelligence Group - Comprehensive Threat Intelligence BarracudaCentral.org - Technical Insight for Security Pros I believe Outlook365 has a control panel that lets you identify why mail was placed in spam/junk if you have access to this it might be helpful. 0 -

Hi, Well, it appears in my case adding my IP to SDNS solved the issue for me. I tried again a few minutes ago and my mail is now going into my outlook.com inbox. Thanks! 0 -
Outlook does this. Iv'e seen it hundreds of times and can't figure out why or for what reason. I'm not sure what version you use, but if it's the older (2003-2013) versions, then whitelist the troublesome address and move on.. Don't lose any sleep over it. 0 -
Sorry if i sound stupid here, but what is SDNS? I've never heard of it. We're also receiving this issue with many of our cpanel servers 0
