Hello @snl007 This could also be an IP reputation issue if DKIM, SPF and rDNS all check out. You might want to check the IP or domain you're using in something like the following: Sender Score | Return Path Cisco Talos Intelligence Group - Comprehensive Threat Intelligence BarracudaCentral.org - Technical Insight for Security Pros I believe Outlook365 has a control panel that lets you identify why mail was placed in spam/junk if you have access to this it might be helpful.

Hi, Well, it appears in my case adding my IP to SDNS solved the issue for me. I tried again a few minutes ago and my mail is now going into my outlook.com inbox. Thanks!

Outlook does this. Iv'e seen it hundreds of times and can't figure out why or for what reason. I'm not sure what version you use, but if it's the older (2003-2013) versions, then whitelist the troublesome address and move on.. Don't lose any sleep over it.

Sorry if i sound stupid here, but what is SDNS? I've never heard of it. We're also receiving this issue with many of our cpanel servers
