rDNS does not match your sending IP

You need to have your serverprovider add this for you. The main IP of the server should have an rdns entry for it to point to the full hostname of your server and the hostname of the server should resolve back to your main IP. But typically its the server provider that has to enter the rdns for you in their system.

What GOT says. Contact your server provider and ask them to configure RDNS entries at thier end.

Hello @Harlequin, In general, most cPanel & WHM users do not have the authority to directly edit their PTR record. You should contact your server provider to request a PTR record from your server's IP addresses to your server's hostname. You may also find the recommendations on the following document helpful: How to Keep your Email Out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
