Cloudflare plugin for cPanel?

Each user on your server (that uses CloudFlare) will have to link their CloudFlare account to the CloudFlare plugin. Then with a little bit of scripting (or a lot) you can parse through every user and grab their CloudFlare authentication token and review their rules, on a per user basis. But if the end user never links their CloudFlare account to the CloudFlare plugin in their cPanel, then you can't do any of this. CloudFlare is one of those things that... sure it looks nice on the outside. But if you start to administer enough servers and enough users that use CloudFlare... you start to realize how stupid it is.
