Interactive pdf forms in email blocked

Hello, lately i have some complaints from costumers, that are including pdf attachments in their emails. The attachments contain interactive signup forms at the bottom. The emails are being blocked even though domains a corporate and ips are not filtered nor have bad reputation thank you in advance

  I don't wish to appear rude, but your post sounds like youre telling us something and doesn't really make sense. What are you asking please. ?

  If they're being filtered by the remote server, there's nothing we'd be able to do, if they have a filter that's stripping PDF attachments, that'd be something you'd need to address at the remote server.
