These look like name servers and may possibly need to be done at your domain registration level. Somewhere in your hosting control panel, or registrar if you purchased your domain name seperately, you'll need to add these NS server names. What updated ? as these would unlilkey to change at registrar level, if only your web site or cpanel package updated.

Doing a bit of digging and I believe these may be related to 'GoDaddy' ?? This might help. Set nameservers for domains hosted & registered with GoDaddy | Domains - GoDaddy Help GB

Hello @Melinda Patrick, Can you confirm the full PTR warning message that appears along with the name of the interface you are using when it shows up? For instance, are you seeing this message in cPanel >> Email Deliverability? Thank you.

Hello @Melinda Patrick, Can you confirm the full PTR warning message that appears along with the name of the interface you are using when it shows up? For instance, are you seeing this message in cPanel >> Email Deliverability? Thank you.

I can confirm that I am seeing this message in cPanel > > Email Deliverability. All of my domain accounts on the server now show this full message when I check the Email Deliverability. I see the following message (my IP and domain URL replaced with example): The system sends "example.com""s outgoing email from the "example" IP address. The only PTR value for this IP address must be "ip-example.secureserver.net". This is the name that this server sends with SMTP"s "HELO" command to send "example.com""s outgoing email. 1 unexpected PTR value exists for this IP address:

To fix this problem, contact your system administrator and request that they replace all PTR records for "example.in-addr.arpa" with the following record at "cns1.secureserver.net" and "cns2.secureserver.net": I appreciate your assistance with this matter. GoDaddy has been of no help.

Hello @baelliott, Can you confirm if this is a shared hosting account, or do you have root access to a cPanel & WHM server? If this is a shared account, you'll need to report this issue to your provider again and request assistance addressing the reported warnings. If you do have root access to the server, could you open a

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue and opened a support ticket. Given this was posted nearly a year ago, was there ever a solution found? Much appreciated if you could advise. Godaddy is of no help.

Just make sure that you have A record setup on DNS level and same PTR (hostname) registered by ISP (hosting/server provider) . You can verify your PTR record: IP Address to Hostname Lookup

If anyone buys a Gen4 vps through GoDaddy and wish to use powerdns and host your own mailserver you are out of luck. Not possible to get Dkim, dmarc and rDNS. You need an actual dedicated box. I went down a big rabbit hole for days and fortunately was refunded.
